New phones?

Any word on what new phones boost may be offering in the near future? I was thinking about getting a boost phone, but I've seen the new stuff that nextel is getting (i930 and i870) and was wondering if anyone knows if something like that will be coming out for boost anytime soon.

Thanks for any info. If you know about what the price might be that would be cool, but I don't want specifics if you can't give them.

Nextel Phone on Boost

Is their a way to use a Nextel phone (i830) on Boost Mobile? How would you activate it if you can?

Also, could you port the number?

Because I am thinking of signing a contract with Nextel and then after use their prepaid service.

WHAT!?

The only options we do not support are 3-way, call waiting, group connect or direct talk.

$20 Boost Cards are a problem

I work at a cell phone dealership and we sell boost mobile as well as the cards. I also live in New York, which may be a bit different from wherever you guys live. We get alot of customers coming into the store to buy $20 boost cards. Being the good salepeople we are, we enter it in for the customer(also so they cant blame us for selling them a crappy card when they already put the minutes in). But lately we've been having this problem that the boost cards cant be read by the computer unless i turn the phone off and turn it back on. whats the deal with that? does anyone else have that problem when putting in boost cards? does anyone have any type of problem like that at all?

International texting - has this changed recently?

Anyone know if Boost mobile has stopped allowing texts to international numbers?
I bought the i455 about 6 weeks ago & the main reason I did, was so I could text my family and friends at home in Ireland, as Boost advertized a 10c cost for this on their website. The thing is I haven't been able to send ANY texts internationally and I see that Boost don't mention it on their website anymore!!! So, I'm wondering if anyone knows if they've stopped this service? Oh and I've been onto customer care and they "didn't know"

ATTN BOOST MOBILE USERS!

ATTN: I have recently had a lot of trouble with extra charges on my BOOST MOBILE PRE-PAID account. I was seemingly losing about $.40 to $.60 a day, to where or what I wasn’t sure. A few weeks of charges later, I noticed that when I called my VOICE MAIL form my HOME PHONE, my online account info charged me on my account for the entire call! I called BOOST right away, and told them the situation, AND had SEVERAL test calls made from BOOST TECHS that CONFIRMED that I was being CHARGED FOR ALL CALLS GOING TO MY VOICE MAIL. Voice mail is supposed to be FREE and they advertise and state that fact when you talk to them. Boost mobile has now turned off my voicemail, (at my request to stop the charges, it was the only way….) and they CAN NOT FIX THE ...

boost premium plan for walkie talkie

I am considering buying a Boost Mobile phone. As I understand it, with just the standard pre pay service, the walkie talkie feature is $1.50 each day that it is used. My question is:Is unlimited usage of the walkie talkie already included in the price of the premium plan, or does the $1.50 per day usage fee still apply?
