Props to Boost!

Boost was given a JD POWER award for best customer service experience for non-contract wireless service.

As a Boost customer, I have to say that this is well-deserved, since I have no complaints whatsoever about the way the reps do their job, and I confess to being a bit judgmental about it considering my current position.

Then again, it wasn't like there was any competition.

Go Sprint!

Very pleased with service.

I have been with Boost now for about 2+ years.
About 2 years ago, I signed up with there unlimited plan. I was with Verizon under my mom's account. She wanted to start charging me $99 just for a add-a-line because she talked so much.
I have had barely any problems. I did get hit with the text message problem for about a month or so, but it works just fine.
The voice quality is really good, but I do get a few dead spots in more rural Boulder.

I have owned a few different phones over the years. Started with the I215. Not bad for it' s time. I just wish that they would reduce the price of the I1.

So for my two cents, get Boost Mobile. It's a great price!

Error message S63

I have is a Sanyo Juno Its alright i guess for a phone, its primary functions are calling, texting, IMs, emails. Its basically a messaging phone. Which im fine with, The main problem i have with it is it does NOT have an external memory option for like a mini SD card. So when i take a picture in order for me to get it upladed somewhere i have to email it to myself or send it to my husband who can upload it that way. ok whatever, not problem.

Until now. ve been trying to send the same picture for the past couple of days. each time it takes forever then tells me that it failed with the error message of

"Cannot send message or upload due to network issues. retry now?" error (left arrow)S63(right arrow) can anyone help me? I cant figure o...

WATER

I have no idea where this would fall under.

Now, I'm a Sprint rep, and I'm aware that once water hits a phone, the phone is pretty much dead. Kind of like a mobile cancer.

Here's what happened. I had a momentary lapse in common sense and decided to browse on my Incognito while enjoying a hot bath. I picked it up and removed the battery as soon as it hit the water, and the indicator does not show water damage, but the inside screen went blank and i could only use the phone for calls using the outside touch keypad.

Now, just a few hours ago, my screen came back on and my phone seems to be working normally. Did my phone escape certain death, or is it just a matter of time until I have to go back to BB and get another one? If the latter...

Sick and tired

I been with Boost Mobile for quite some time now. I read many things on this forum thta many people bash Boost for their past mistakes. Boost is still a growing cellular provider trying to provide the best service for their customers. I never had a problem with my service or customer care when I needed them. The only thing I can tell you people is a cell phone is only good when you know how to use it. And if you are not happy with boost mobile, go to another provider and pay a lot more with their "quality" service.

Pro's

1. Best customer care
2. Great service
3. Great Phone
4. SHRINKAGE!!!!!!
5. Insurance (FINALLY!!!)

And if you got something negative to say to me about Boost Mobile, please don't bother posting here.

smart phones that run off of CDMA not IDEN

I'm still waiting. although my patience is starting to run low. I have been a loyal sprint customer for the past 10 years or so, I love the service when my last contract came to a close i switched to boost with the incognito phone as my companion, then i opted for the motorola i1 (bad move) awful service, i dealt for 5 days then brought it back and got the seek it works great but not "cool" enough. so when will you make something for the boost network that runs off of CDMA that's cool?
