I purchased a Motorola i205 and Boost service in June Circle Cellular (local "authorized" Nextel/Boost rep). I am experiencing connectivity problems. Folks that are trying to reach me receive a busy signal and I have trouble calling out (re-dialing). This happens mostly in the evenings. I have spent many hours on the phone with customer care and several trips to a Nextel service center as well as calling Motorola. Most recently last night on the phone with customer care. They (customer care) are now telling me that the problem is with the services that are trying to call my phone, not with Boost! I can't buy that. I plan on getting the i930 phone for boost of course and was wondering would I be able to the pocket internet explorer because I want to browse the web and other prepaid companies does offer that availibility and would boost customer service be able to ativate it? I am asking this because boost offers service just like nextel.
hey jess i finally signed it. its pretty sweet. gotta love the free nights & weekends, ultd text,walkie talkie, and internet. much less of a hassle buying reboost cards every week, and having to worry what ur balance is etc. in fact, this plan is what really saved me from just paying the $250 deposite and jumping ship to nextel.
by the way theres a trouble ticket in the cleveland area for text messaging....any idea when itll be fixed? its been a week!

Hey there, i have been a boostmobile user for maybe 5 or so months. i activated it with the Motorola i860. several months later i don't really care for it, at all. it squeaks every time i open it, the paint is chipping off! ugh, there are so many more. but anyways, i really like the i855, i was thinking about buying it and then activating it with boost premium plan. should i just keep the phone i have, or is the i855 better?
I have a heck of a time finding places to refer customers to when it comes to replacing bad SIM's or activating the occasional handset that "fell off a truck I believe only Nextel Retail stores are stocking Boost Starter kits..a starter kit has the Sim card and a activation card worth 10.00 on the new activation...
