I can't believe it, I turned on my 4G on my EVO out of curiosity and guess what I have 4G lol. Sprints WIMAX at my house is over four hundred times faster then my T-mo GPRS. 🤤 I'm glad that i decided to give Sprint a try.

In the market for a new phone, so as i am surfing i did the online chat with a rep named Kate. she was extremely helpful up until the last question. I asked her.. in your personal opinion should i go with the Shift or Epic (i know the answer i just wanted to here her opionon). Does anyone know when the Epic will get Froyo? I am trying to dedcide between Evo and Epic. Leaning more towards the Epic because of the physical keyboard.

Someone's absence is quite conspicuous. I eagerly anticipate his cheer leading and Sprint *Bleep* riding. Any mofo who could make the Premium data charge for all smartphones sound like Christmas morning should have no problem deep throating this Kyocera with no teeth.

Looking at getting a emergency/personal phone...main phone is contracted through work, so I cannot combine plans. However, would still need web, unlimited texting, email & not alot of minutes.

Does Sprint offer month-to-month plans (not 2yr contract plans) if the phone is bought at full price--or if a Sprint-branded phone is brought in for activation (i.e. used)?

My other choice is looking at Boost/Virgin for month-to-month plans. As they are both Sprint operated/owned, do they have the same roaming agreements with Verizon, or is coverage limited only to Sprint? I looked at both their maps, and this is what it seems to be.

The iPhone is able to stand by itself. Sprint's big announcement is a phone with two screens? Is that it? Such a tease.

Being an average tech savvy customer and a user of T-mobile, Sprint and AT&T. I've gained some startling facts on the three carriers. I'm going to approach this with a unbiased point of view. Here in North West Oklahoma AT&T has a faster 3G network in the areas they have 3G but you go north of town 20Mi and Sprints proves to be the faster carrier. It seems AT&Ts EDGE network can't compete with Sprints 3G 😲 and the slowest T-mobile, just can't seem to compete with the other two carriers. Here is the break down of speed in rural North west Oklahoma.

AT&T: 2Mbs+ 3G
AT&T: 160Kbs+ EDGE most rural areas
Sprint: 2Mbs Rural 1Mbs Urban
T-Mobile: 45Kbs Rural 120Kbs urban

Does anyone know if Sprint is planning to discontinue its picture website? It seems that fewer and fewer of the phones are coming with a link to upload the pictures to the website. pictures.sprintpcs.com. Any info. would be helpful. Thanks
