Kyocera/Windows Mobile

Rich and Eric,

I read something about Kyocera entering the Windows Phone space, in addition to demoing a solar charging device?

Any news on these items?

The Kyocera Windows Phone is only for Europe. That's the only place they're seeing demand for that kind of device.

The solar charging phone is strictly a prototype, and the technology isn't very practical. Because it's a transparent layer in the screen, the efficiency is so poor that two hours of solar charging will only give you about five minutes of talk time.
