You are a moron. You should read more about the investments that AT&T is making before you stay stuipid crap like that.
I'm not saying all of AT&T's policys are prefect, but for 4 years in a row, AT&T has invested more capital into their network and andvancing it than any other carrier.
The caps are not going away. They are only coming on stronger. If your cell phone carrier still allows you to have an unlimited plan, and they aren't throttling your plan yet, you just haven't hit the inevitable yet.
The USA is one of the last ones offering unlimited by ANYONE anymore. If you look at Europe, the larger plan is 1GB on their 3G plans. It's coming, get over it. Move on.
