why waste money on hspa84 when you know you going to LTE in the future.

I wonder if Tmo's LTE will be faster than ATTs LTE because Tmo has HSPA 42 to fall back on, whereas lazy-ass ATT only has HSPA 21 to fall back on.

Maybe, maybe not. Thing is, TMO is going to move their hspa+ to 1900mhz. Their LTE will be on AWS. Smart, smart move. Because they just reunified the gsm 3g phone selection. Which, for better or worse will give them a shot at existing and future iphones. (for better or worse)
