If they don't like it, GO OUT OF BUSINESS or keep messing with your customers & others will put you out of business.

There are enough false comparisons in that to choke a whole stable of horses.

And to start it off, ATT wasn't 'bitching' they were floating a proposal.

I'm betting if ATT announced they were going to refund each customer $20 you would bitch that it wasn't $40.
