What will happen to us if they do that? How much would an app like Pandora radio cost? Probably a lot and I love Pandora it makes me get about 4 GB data a month and thats just using on weekends at night while I enjoy some beer and smokes out in the garage.

There probably be two versions of the program for just that reason. But, lets be quite honest, if TMO and/or Sprint thought of this, people would be jumping up and down, not quite unlike some special needs individual at a moron festival. Saying what a good idea it is.

I'd have the same opinion if it was Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc. It just happens to be AT&T, so I just happen to be stating my opinion on it. And, my opinion is that this is a stupid idea.

Yes, I don't think its a real great idea and honestly don't think its going to work, and I guess the second part really wasn't meant towards you more then an off the cuff general but somewhat true statement.

I did try to avoid using the "R" word. And understand people getting upset over it.

Well, what you have is a large group of people here who feel anything one company does is pure evil, and ignore others. The truth is, they're all greedy bastards, just some are far better at managing their corporations. And this pro-loser mentality comes up with some real odd schemes at calling one company spectrum hoarders while ignore the fact the some were just to cheap to bid, or doing the exact same things themselves. And then, want the government to give them "special treatment" so they don't have to bid at the same rate. Basically welfare for corporations. In fact, the owner of the smallest US national carrier, is one of the largest telecom...
