I meant name a specific example where Apple took existing hardware, made no changes, and called it "new." In every instance I can find, they upgraded either the internals (new, significantly more powerful processor or graphics), made improvements to the exterior (larger battery, higher-res screen) , or redesigned the hardware (going to unibody for the Macbook Pro, etc.)
