I'm pretty sure if any other cell phone company came out there with a program so mind-numbingly named as "Messages" - even if the idea was completely original-Apple would have tried to sue them already, saying they created the whole frame of messaging. 🙄

Well, of course they did. Didn't you know that even though Apple is a late-comer to the cell phone market, they invented everything. Eventually, they may just sue Al Gore for claiming that he invented the internet and the entire automotive industry, because Apple may just have patented the wheel. Can't wait to see that one in court. 🙄

Why would they sue someone that is on their board?

Al Gore actually said that he HELPED create the Internet- something that the guys who DID invent the Internet openly acknowledge and are thankful for. Gore passed legislation that allowed them to do what they did.

Do some research on exactly who said what: it was some Republican campaign architects who twisted Gores words to make it sound like he claimed credit for inventing it.

Never said he didn't help or that he had nothing to do with it. Was actually making a comment about Apple, not a derogatory comment about Al Gore, but thanks for the information.
