What kind of software will they have available?

Well, whatever people make. I assume it will still use java, but maybe use its own browser and software to get/manage software instead of using the software in phone along with Openwave browsers, for example. This really is what BREW is and I assume they are trying to compete more with BREW then with just java apps. More subscription based services will probably be available I'd assume, along with ringtone downloads and such which aren't as easily done w/ Nokia phones as phones with BREW can.
