Apple Looking to Sue Bankrupt Kodak

Well for decades they put all their money in R&D, only to be beat to market my Microsoft. Even if they had 1st Mover's Advantage, Microsoft would get credit for the developments because of their larger market share, and Apple would look like the copy cats.

Apple as a company has been bullied so much in the past, that I just see this as them fighting back. Of course, it is not right. This is just a sign that they are as bad as Microsoft was back in the 90's, and that they will fall from grace soon enough.

Public opinion is turning against them, especially with those exploding factories in China. These days, people are not too forgiving of abusing business practices. Walmart and their abuse of pigs, Apple and the factories workers, etc.
