You and me both. I can't wait for Sprint to go knocking on Verizon's door begging for mercy only for Verizon to slam the door saying, "we don't want or need you". Sprint's problem is that their poorly managed. They make nothing but one bad business decision after another. Nextel, QChat, WiMAX, etc. Just idiots. They should just merge with Cricket and MetroPCS and go prepaid.

Not a bad idea. Half their customers are ghetto hoodrats, have bad credit and cheat the system by getting on SERO plans costing the company millions.

It's sad because Sprint used to be a good company, they used to have great coverage, great prices and excellent service, but sometime in the late 90's the company just completely went to crap and has never recovered.....
Things have been getting better for Sprint recently...but it still isn't good enough....it is time to fire Dan Hesse, and maybe get rid of the entire board...

Sure, there are a couple of people like me, who actually work for a real carrier (and have for 16 yrs), and then there are the 5-10 who fake working for a carrier around here too, mostly to enjoy spreading false crap they, well, since it's crap they obviously pulled it out of their butts.
Personally, use who has best coverage for you. There's not 1 person here that can say Sprint has horrible coverage everywhere, and to compliment that there's not 1 person here who can say Verizon has the best co...

My point was that Sprint seems to launch numerous programs that either unnecessary (Ready Now) or are later retracted because they cost the company too much money (Sprint Premier).
