Wrong, oh so very wrong. Ever heard the term "fee are subject to change". Not only that, but this is a fee associated with contract renewal. You don't pay it until you agree with the new contract and the new terms, for that fee. It's not effective until that time. It doesn't effect your currect charges, bill, or service, so it's not a contract-ender.
