Why complain?

The cost of phones have gone up and the OEM's are making a killing of them. It's not like one has to pay this every month. If a person doesn't want to pay this fee to upgrade their phone every two years, then they do not have to and just keep the old phone they have or they should by all means go to another carrier. Although, you may come out of pocket with more money by doing that. If you're just looking for a carrier that has a cheaper monthly rate, that's understandable. But, to complain about a fee that has been the same for more than a few years is a bit much, in my opinion. People spend $36.00 in a day for something that they can't even remember that they bought. I'm just saying, I understatnd some folks have all kinds of hatred or discontent with ATT and feel like this is outrageous. But, this fee increase isn't that bad.

The FEE that people need to complain about is, the lost or damaged fee. $150.00 damn dollars. If you lose your phone and order a replacement, you pay that non refundable fee, if you happen to find it. Then they will politely ask you to mail the new phone back in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Now, that's an outrage!
