That is my point exactly.
USCC used to charge an equipment change fee every time someone did an esn chage on their account. That was a $15 charge to select Add ESN activate and Deactivate ESN. USCC doesnot do that any more. They do charge an activation fee but not to put a new phone on your existing account.
