Who honestly bought a Motorola device expecting quality control?
Even goldfish have a limited memory. Who honestly buys a Motorola phone expecting timely upgrades, properly performing hardware, and software that ISN'T glitch-riddled?
Can anyone name a company that is as screwy as Motorola? Samsung is bad, but I don't know of anything they have messed up as badly as the Xoom upgrade debacle.

No company is perfect, not even Apple. I've exchanged my iPhone 4 twice before getting a good one due to yellow screens and don't get me started on the bad battery and even worse washed out screens on some of the 4S phones. They did solve the antenna problem though. "You're holding it wrong" - lmao @ Apple 🙄

Not saying Apple is perfect, but with Apple you can walk into any of their retail stores and walk out with a fixed phone. And uh... Apple bought everyone a $30.00 case of their choice.

I've owned several Motorola products over the years, including the Xoom, and never experienced any problems with updates or anything else....let alone a 'debacle'....

Did you send your phone away to them in order to use the feature they advertised when you bought it?
