Do you really think you're not still "paying for internet" just because Sprint advertises it bundled together?

Verizon: faster 3G, grandfathered unlimited plan, good customer service and more coverage
Sprint: SLOWER 3G, they also throttle their data speeds so their towers won't get congested and they can keep the unlimited data, and TERRIBLE customer service

Now do you see why some of us wouldn't want to switch to Sprint?

You get what you pay for.

I am sorry you got your Verizon customer service facts wrong...

Verizon Grandfathered 3G is still throttled and its proven slower then Sprints 3G just do a speed test yourself plus $30 per line? please that is 90's talk.

Sprint 3G is a bit faster and have more spectrum that is why it isnt throttled with the ability to support more users.

As for the customer service to be honest I like to look at it this way treat people the same way you want to be treated. If they cant offer you something you want work another deal that can satisfy you. If you are an a$$h0le you will be treated that way easy as that.

Plus, PCMag did a 3G test on all carriers in like twenty metropolitan cities and Sprint turned out to be the SLOWEST in many tests. So, that IS a fact. You can find the results easily online.

I am always polite when I call customer service even if I'm very upset. They are friendly but Sprint MESSED up my orders a several times and never added a feature to my plan unless I reminded them a few times. It got very annoying. Now everything is automatic with Verizon or requested only once.

Again, you get what you pay and please RESEARCH YOUR F...

I work for Sprint and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their data speeds are PATHETIC! Took my friend 10 minutes to download the speed test app where as it took me not even a minute on AT&T. Funny, I had less bars than him. Verizon actually gives a damn about their network compared to Sprint.
