I use 11. 3-6 isn't excessive. Public wifi, often (and especially) AT&T DSL, is utter $#!+. My job keeps me on the road. Netflix, at its lowest setting, uses approximately 333 MB per hour. Watch 3 movies a week, your at a gig just in Netflix alone. That's 4-5 GB a month there. Don't judge other people's use of their "unlimited-but-limited" data.
