Payback FTW! Go Motorola, go for the throat! A truly just punishment, a just heaping of crow served on Apple's plate...I have been assuming that Motorola's end game was to force Apple to settle 'we'll drop our iPhone lawsuits as long as you drop your lawsuits against Android'...maybe I'm wrong about that...or maybe not, we'll see I guess.

I guess it is a sign of how successful Steve Jobs' second run as Apple CEO was that people no longer think of Apple as underdog, but now regard them as a bully, a latter day Microsoft when MS was at its absolute worst behavior....

It is easy for us to forget that for so called 'millennials', i.e. people who grew up in the 2000's, they have no memory of Microsoft ever being top dog that could bully other companies, and they've never seen Apple as anything other than a behemoth steamrollering the competition...

I would like to see more news blogs on new stuff like the Note and other phones being released for North American carriers then flame blogs. Brings the worse out from everyone. (myself included)
