Samsung makes great products--it's Metro's network that was at fault here.
I agree for the most part. Samsung isn't perfect but the carrier dictates a lot of what they want in a product. Metro caters to a demographic that wants affordable unsubsidized handsets so manufacturers have to cut corners where they can.
