Simply put if apple had ask companies to license their patents Motorola wouldn't have step on their toes so hard. Apple deserves a little bit of their own medicine.

it seems like they are getting there own medicine and moto is better at giving it since i have been half paying attention 90% of apples lawsuits have failed or at best ended in small settlements for them

now other people are playing there game and playing it better

Oh yeah. Apple has been ridiculous with these unwarranted lawsuits. They should stop because they're gonna get beat in the end and give them nothing but bad PR. Perhaps just make some kind of a deal with the companies and out of court.

And Apple better be careful. If they win an injunction stopping Motorola or Samsung from selling a product (which is their MO instead of swapping licensing agreements or settling for cash), Motorola, Samsung, HTC, and LG, the main Android manufacturers, all have other products they can either release or fall back on while they redesign the hardware or software to be in compliance. A ban on sales of an iPhone or iPad effectively kills Apple.

exactly, apple only have 3 phones on the market, one ban to then and apple is out of busines. Very Happy
