Sure it does, if that's the carrier who will sell the cheapest services to Ting. And I'm betting that's exactly what they're doing. After all, look at all the MVNO's. It seems that 90% of them are using Sprint. I'm sure there's a reason for that.

I know, I was joking. But seriously yeah true, you can't argue with that. Sprint does have affordable prices but I don't think thats the reason for them having the most MVNO's however.
