LS spectrum was originally granted for extra terrestrial use.

The FCC granted conditional terrestrial use.

CONDITIONAL.... got that part?

LS accepted and failed.

They still have use of the spectrum, from extra terrestrial basis, which is exactly what they paid for.

You are the basis for my thoughts that this should not be decided by public opinion.
