This has nothing to do with laziness, but has everything to do with economics and physics.
Now, answer this question, what is the free space path loss difference between 1900 MHz and 850 MHz? And why is that important?

Sprint has repeatedly met all of its FCC license build out requirements. But even a carrier that does so may still need to rely on upon strategic roaming agreements.
