AT&T and Sprint Tussle About Roaming Rules

This has nothing to do with the merger. That aside, Sprint needs to get off their ass and build out their network and stop relying on other carriers, when clearly, they have spectrum to do so. Why should Sprint be allowed to be lazy? Oh, is it because they don't have the capitol to do it or are they just being lazy? Regardless of the reasoning behind ATT's inability or reasoning to build out their network, using the spectrum that they have, you cant sit there and defend Sprint, using the merger situation. If they have spectrum to build out, then they need to do so. As I said, ATT has the right to make a fuss about it.

That's like saying a kid cheating on an exam is more serious than a kid cheating on a quiz. Cheating is cheating, regardless of the severity of the situation.
