ATT and Verizon are NOT suing to make Sprint build out its network. They are suing to challenge the law that says they have to allow roaming agreements with rural carriers. So attacking Sprint makes no sense here. Thanks for playing, sheeple.

AT&T has MANY roaming agreements.
The objection is to being forced into them, especailly when the carrier trying to force it (Sprint) has the spectrum to build but won't.

This is the same backwards thinking that ATT is using to sell this idea. ATT and Verizon do not want these agreements. They are on record several times objecting to being forced to give rural companies Roaming rights on 3g and 4g networks. And no rural carrier is "forced" into these agreements. ATT and Verizon have TONS of spectrum that they aren't using. That was one of the points as to why they shouldnt be allowed to do the merger... ATT was trying to buy the competition instead of building out its network. Sprint is using a roaming agreement until they decide to use the spectrum they have. That is not the same thing at all. Put down the ATT sales manual.

WE could say you have a Sprint sales manual.

I disagree with sprint. It's that thinking that causes large governemts to go into debt. They need to think about their future...cuz Clear sure as hell ain't gonna take them where they need to be...they have just as many cashflow problems as Sprint.

Who is "WE"? Your group of Sprint hating monkeys?
I'm a Tmob customer so your sad attempt to label me just went swimming down the toilet along with the rest of your crap.

Again you are trying to make this about Sprint. It's ATT and VZW who want to change the laws to benefit themselves and hurt competition not Sprint.
