AT&T and Sprint Tussle About Roaming Rules

This is the same backwards thinking that ATT is using to sell this idea. ATT and Verizon do not want these agreements. They are on record several times objecting to being forced to give rural companies Roaming rights on 3g and 4g networks. And no rural carrier is "forced" into these agreements. ATT and Verizon have TONS of spectrum that they aren't using. That was one of the points as to why they shouldnt be allowed to do the merger... ATT was trying to buy the competition instead of building out its network. Sprint is using a roaming agreement until they decide to use the spectrum they have. That is not the same thing at all. Put down the ATT sales manual.
