I'm glad you found a scape goat.
As an AT&T customer, I can tell you that I am a VERY happy consumer. They have been a better cell phone company to me than any of the 4 carriers i've used in my life. THey made a valid point. AT&T continues to spend the highest dollar amount than any other carrier to build out their network and expand their innovations, and here comes Sprint and says they are basically going to mooch off of everyone else. As one of the top 4, it's their job to help lead network upgrades but if Dan can get his head out of butt and make the good decisions, Sprint wouldn't be in such a crap shoot right now.
It's very discouraging as a company so invest all this money and then the FCC come in and say "hey, thank you for spending all that money, now share it with people that didn't want to put up the capital".
It's going to stiffle Innovation and lead carriers to spend less money building their network, and then who is everyone going to mooch off of?
