That aside, Sprint needs to get off their ass and build out their network and stop relying on other carriers, when clearly, they have spectrum to do so. Why should Sprint be allowed to be lazy?
This has nothing to do with laziness, but has everything to do with economics and physics.
Now, answer this question, what is the free space path loss difference between 1900 MHz and 850 MHz? And why is that important?
If they have spectrum to build out, then they need to do so.
Sprint has repeatedly met all of its FCC license build out requirements. But even a carrier that does so may still need to rely on upon strategic roaming agreements.
