Google to Unify User Data Across Services

Good or Bad?

I see some advantages and disadvantage to this decision.

The advantages for consumers:
*One policy to look at for all of Google's services
*If agree to the policy you don't have to sign a policy agreement with every product

The advantage for Google:
*One policy to keep updated and less time making sure all policies are updated
*Easier to cover all products

The disadvantage for consumers:
*If you use one product and get kicked off of that product you lose all others (even including android which would mean android market and apps would be useless)
*Android owners who get violate another Google product policy would get a non-Google android device

The disadvantage for Google:
