That the moment there is more energy, there will be apps that will want to use it.
It is like when PC's get more memory and larger hard drives you don't get to enjoy it because the moment that extra memory is available, something comes along that needs it, the moment extra hard drive space is available, something comes along that needs it....you think 'oh man, hard drives are in terabytes now, I'm gonna have tons of space', but then you install your operating system and a couple apps and suddenly a terabyte doesn't seem like that much space.....
...
good point, that happens to me right now, all that HD content takes lots of gigabytes. âšī¸

Yes but you are enjoying High definition. I would much rather watch HD then SD video :3.
This is a huge plus shouldnt be viewed as something negative be happy we are moving forward! đ
How about that Sony Android watch? This could be really useful for that devices so excited buying one the moment it goes on sale. ;)

I'm not viewing it as a negative just making the point that software always seems to advance to the point where it brings the hardware to the point where it barely works....and then when the hardware catches up....the software makes another leap putting you right back where you started....
So...just as having adequate hard drive space is always going to be an issue for PC's, so battery life will always be an issue for smartphones.

Yeah but that still makes that operating system that much better allowing you to enjoy everything you do today. This is fantastic in my opinion now we can do more with our phones. I have been skyping, while checking email, sending text messages, and checking facebook real quick all at the same time with my awesome phone. If it wasnt for those dual core processors and the amount of RAM these phones now have none of this would be possible. Just think of how much more we are going to be able to do with more battery life while on the GO!
...
Dual core did not make this possible - high frequency cores with lots of ram did. Any new Single core high-frequency phone (Lumia 900, iPhone 4) can compete with any new dual core phone just fine, and just becuase a phone has a dual core processor does not mean it performs well (LG Nitro).
Processor & Memory architecture are what has made this possible.

Excuse my wording, " advanced processors" is what I was aiming for.
