You confuse "incompetence" with the results of massive anti competitive pressure from VZW and AT&T.
And, as you never miss an opportunity to slander Sprint, I would have to guess that, sometime in the past, Sprint fired you or terminated your service. Your hatred is irrational. Of course, so is your cheerleading for VZW.
