LightSquared Blasts 'Rigged' Tests
"and with an obsolete definition of "harmful interference"
They are grasping at straws.
The FCC stipulation was 'no interference'...
LS is about to go under and take Sprint and their investors with them.
They thought they could ramrod this through with enough money spread around and if it does, then we need an investigation of the FCC itself.
Now all they are doing is pointing fingers.
Someone promised influence for money and didn't deliver.

Yup. Gotta love Sprint too. One bad business decision after another. I think apes would run their company better don't you think?
LS, unless someone bends physics or buys off the FCC, cannot meet the requirement of zero interference.
They were doomed from the get go and thought if they threw enough money and promises around they could skirt the fact that the portion of spectrum involved cannot support high power terrestrial towers blasting out signal without interference with GPS receivers.
Personally, I don't care if Jimmy John's Tom Tom goes blitzo occasionally as it passes a LS tower, but, this involves military and airline navigation systems and anything that has a suspicion of interference should be disallowed.

Ludicrous and ridiculous examples that are so far from fact they are laughable.
Highly doubtful. Sprint, up to this point, has had no financial investment with LS. Their whole well planned idea, was to have another gateway to more spectrum if the deal could be made. Smart move on Sprint's part to not keep all the eggs in the same basket.
