My droid charge gives me so much anxiety....I have all autosync off and have to monitor my texting because just having the screen on to reply to messages drains the battery. Only it last a decent amount of time is if its on Home WIFI for data and I don't touch the phone much activating the screen.

I would love a Samsung version of the new Droid Razr MAXX. At least I could get rid of my blackberry. I keep it mainly because I can have push email without draining the battery, and I can activity use it to reply to emails etc with out going dead as well.

It is long overdue, I've been saying here for the last year, it is the obsession with thinness, combined with the specs war, that are destoying the smartphone experience....

All they really need to do is include a bigger battery, the fix is simple, and obvious but the obsession wiht thinness prevents them from adopting it.

Excessively thin phones not only lead to short battery life, but also to extremely fragile devices, a little will make them tougher and able to withstand a little more abuse without breaking.

Agreed! However cool it is to have a sleek thin phone, I would take a slightly thicker phone, with better battery life and durability. Most people put cases on their phones anyway because, they are afraid of the cover popping off or the phone breaking. Some folks are such babies when it comes to tue weight of a cell phone. It's too heavy, it feels too bulky....weh, weh, weh!

I'm just saying, until manufacturers decide to actually include cost efficient and thin batteries to cell phones, that can last all day, I agree with you 100% on just include bigger batteries. I believe they have the know how but, it would make the phone ridiculously expensive.
