LS has to conform to the rule modification from the FCC that says "No Interference"....

Pointing their fingers at everyone but their own foolish attempt to run rough shod over public safety to make some people tons of money must be their last desparate attempt to save the billions pumped into a project that had no real chance of working without interference from influence peddlers.
