Verizon's New LTE Phones Have Hidden Global Roaming

CDMA is a predominantly U.S. utilized technology for widespread service. China upped the smart curve by using C-SIMS(CDMA SIM cards) on their devices.
Putting GSM international roaming capabilities with these phones is a nice touch. There are lots of people that prefer VZW to GSM carriers in the U.S. And yes, there are people that travel alot internationally and having not to rent GSM capable phones is a welcomed convenience. 🙂

Agreed. If they get global roaming enabled before T-Mobile gets a top-end slider with 5-row QWERTY, I'm going to abandon my TouchPro2 and switch back to Verizon.

Of course, I would be just as happy if HTC had released a refreshed TouchPro with current CPU/RAM/Display specs and running Android natively. It's a got a great keyboard, just needs more RAM and faster CPU.
