No. Sprint is launching LTE 1900 using its PCS "G" block 10 MHz spectrum. The PCS "G" block was not a part of the original PCS 1900 MHz band plan, and the FCC awarded the nationwide collection of licenses to Sprint as compensation for spectrum lost in the SMR 800 MHz public safety reconfiguration effort. The PCS "G" block 10 MHz spectrum is currently fallow, so using it to deploy LTE 1900 will not affect CDMA1X nor EV-DO.
