Sprint: We Don't Throttle Smartphone Users

So non-smartphones are the ones getting throttled? The phones that don't have any type of feature that would warrant such usage and reason to throttle. Oh okay Dan..

no, that is not what i said lol.
only way sprint would throttle any data usage is if your using your phone as a hotspot without having the hotspot feature added on to your phone through sprint customer care which is 29.99 a month.

so if your using your phone as a hotspot when u dont have the hot spot feature then ur either going to get throttled back, or your going to get shut off.

or if your in roaming for and use 3mbs of data then your get shut off.....

so that is what i said..... if ya do not have the hotspot feature, then u will b shut off if sprint catchs you using hotspot on ur phone
