Sprint Throttles Top 1% of Users, Still Markets 'Unlimited'
I work with sprint and can honestly say this is the first I've heard of this.
I'm fairly shocked. I'm curious if Rich or Eric read this what their opinion on the situation is.

I am still waiting to hear a full explanation from Sprint on this. Hesse's numerous comments today in addition to the bungled Galaxy Nexus as means the PR team must have their hands full. We'll follow up with them and publish another post once there are more details.
