Oh, but that $2 fee definitely pisses me off.

Best Network because they have the oldest one available, they've just been spending on keeping up with maintenance on the old big red machine its always easier to maintain the oldest matured technology than the new, this is merely a growing pain since they finally invested in something more modern than their ancient 3g/1RXTT network, smart if you ask me, they've garnered quite a rep and things like these don't phase them much as you can see by the comments.

I agree...to a point. I would not dump them over this, but I did take my Rezound back. Each time 4G went down.....so did 3G (for me). Not happy that the VZW reps tried to say that wasn't possible...looks like their own VP proved them wrong.

Don't wanna be on the BLEEDING edge of technology anymore. With the Rezound, the 4G phone battery issues (known, but still an issue), and connection issues...I hadn't been so frustrated with a carrier since ATT (and I loathed them!! To the point where I annoyed them SO MUCH, they let me out of all three contracts so I could port).

As a matter of stress levels relative to my cell phone...I reverted back to what worked...for me. To that end, VZW was very helpful and they still have a (happy) cus...

Finally people are learning that technology does not mean perfection. 🤣

That $2 fee is inexcusable. I'm not a Verizon customer and it makes me mad. You know if they get away with it it's only a matter of time before ALL carriers start pulling this nonsense.

I've been using paper checks for years, on purpose. Those stupid idiots who won't provide any benefit to me (let alone CHARGE me) for paying online.....they can foor the bill to have someone there to collect my letter, open it, manually pull the check out...etc.

This thing by VZW is very counter-intuitive, but thats how they roll I guess.

It would make more sense if they charged peple like me for writing checks....and offered free online payments....DOH....STFU!!! 😳

I will agree with you on that. People aren't perfect nor is technology. Though I won't agree that VZW has the best network in the US...largest maybe...not the best though.

Location is relevant. On the whole, though, Verizon has been the best.

I will agree that location is impacting to this statement. however I have to disagree, USCC has, as a whole, the most reliable network in the US. Fewest outages, most JD Power Awards, yadda yadda yadda.

Actually, you're right. Maybe I should have said 'major carriers'.

Somethings take time to iron out the problems.
The pains are the customers that expect way too much and set their expectations way above what is reasonable.
Be happy that you live in the U.S. and are spoiled like little children with your unlimited plans.
Why not move to Mongolia if there is something not good enough here?
I heard two Dixie cups and a long string work very well there.

Hey, I'm 40--so I remember no cell phones and my parents' absolutely crap Voicestream service (what was Voicestream before they became Voicestream?). Verizon's service has been nothing less than terrific for me.
