I doubt that VZW & AT&T collusively fix prices, which is illegal. But they (and, in some cases, Sprint and T-Mobile, too) certainly do seem to have largely similar prices and offerings. That makes it difficult to judge if those prices and offerings are competitive or anti competitive.
