Mine shipped Tuesday, after I cancelled it because I went to the local store to get one. Now AT&T is telling me that they have no record of charging my credit card $143 for the Ogo. I was told to contact my credit company, and despute the charge. So mine did ship and I have 2 Ogo's in my possession right now.

Yeah, mine shipped yesterday so it should be here today sometime.

I really had second thoughts on ordering it over the web because the customer service for orders placed over the website really suck.

So anyway...what are your thoughts about the ogo so far?

I find it to be perfect for the price. I love not being tied into a contract.

My first phone was the Sidekick which was a big mistake IMO. This is tons better than the Sidekick.

I do miss having internet, but its not a large problem. I wish I could adjust the backlight, but it stays on long enough to not interrupt me if I don't type for around 20 seconds.

The built in live help is very useful. They have helped me out with a few things.

I plan to setup an email account later today. When I do I will let you know how it turns out.

Overall I give the phone a 4/5.

My biggest regret it ordering offline, but I didn't know the stores had them instock. I dunno what to do with the 2nd Ogo.

This does seem to be a problem. Customer care at 1-800-888-7600 is responsible for cancelling web orders and sending out RMAs. However, I dont think theres anything in the system until you activate the ogo. Then the problem is, is the service is non refundable so you'd lose out on $18 bucks or so. I'll keep askin around here at work and let you know if I hear anything...
