Three scenerios mostly likely, 2. Merge with Dish or some other entity intersted in penetrating the U.S. market perhaps Vodaphone will sell their stake in Verizon and buyout Tmobile outright. 2. Completely Spin Off Tmobile onto it's own. 3. IPO to generate quick cash and go forward with network enhancements etc with Tmobile U.S.A.
