Ok so what you want two cookies now? lol Dude, it's called sarcasm. I was only joking. I do apologize if it was misinterperted though. I just think it was funny how you seem to think you were the only who "called it" lol.
Technology such as the internet has made it possible for those such as yourself to acquire knowledge on certain issues and subject but not necessarily understand. Not saying this applies to you specifically. Just something to think about.
I think there was a long line of people who said it would not be allowed by the FCC or the DoJ since the buyout was announced and for the very reasons given.
So um yeah. congrats on getting it right several months later.

I was awake when it came across the wire that AT&T withdrew its FCC license transfer application at 2:30am on Thanksgiving morning. I called the outcome then, said the merger could likely be called off in the coming days. I think you fail to understand what a telling move it was when AT&T dumped its FCC application in the early morning hours at the start of a long holiday weekend. Predictions prior to that were based on speculation, perhaps some consensu...
