No Calls, No Texting for Drivers, Votes NTSB

Please provide some resources. I'm not aware of any national ban of mascara while driving or lighting a cigarette. So if you know of some specific laws, please post them. Can these things you mentioned be used to determine if a driver is being reckless? Yes, but not if the person is not driving reckless and is not in an accident. I've been driving and eating, calling, changing the radio station, yelling at my kids, etc etc... You get the point. Only time I've ever been in an accident? Getting rear ended by a guy eating a burrito. Let's ban burritos.
