"talking to your passengers" IS ALREADY ILLEGAL? REALLY?! Huh. well as long as we are outlawing everything under the sun, lets see.....how about the billboards on the side of the roads, those are distracting, street signs-you need to look at those. EYES ON THE ROAD AT ALL TIMES. Highway signs (you know the green ones you need to READ while driving) now those are definitely a distraction, but your passenger can tell you what it said in case you missed it. Oh wait, yeah never mind. I guess you're just gonna have to keep on driving & hope that the end of the road actually dumps you at your destination. And since since they outlawed the lady on the GPS unit from talking to you & reading/looking at the screen is also not an option, well you might as well just not even leave the house. Problem solved!.
