AT&T has routinely cited its overtaxed data network as a prime reason behind its proposed acquisition of T-Mobile USA. In its announcement to acquire T-Mobile, AT&T argued that it faces "impending spectrum exhaust in key markets driven by the exponential growth in mobile broadband traffic on its network."
If AT&T can not take its own heat, they should stay out of the kitchen.

LOL I love great sarcastic comments like this!

However the original point being made was that AT&T was using the TMobile acquisition as a means to "improve" their network as opposed to just using the massive cash reserves they put aside for buying Tmobile to just build up their network.

So AT&T kinda shot themselves in the foot right there lol
