No. Samsung has a whole separate lineup of CDMA phones just for Korea, and they all have "SCH" or "SPH" model numbers. For example:

The Korean "SPH" models are for the 1900 band, but Korea's "1900" band is different enough from ours to make the phones completely incompatible. ☹️
